    - The condition of your property is our concern also! Every unit is inspected at every check out. We use a check list of items ranging from the battery in the TV remote control to unit inventory to the quality of the cleaning done by our housekeepers. Owners are notified immediately if there is a repair or replacement needed. The owner is notified of expenses that my become necessary. Guests are notified immediately if security deposits are retained. There are no surprises.

  • Housekeeping

    - We contract a reliable professional housekeeping company. HVP standard is to provide an immaculate rental to our guests. Our reviews consistently rate cleaning as 5 star.

  • Maintenance/ Repairs

    – We have a list of handymen, plumbers, appliance repairmen, and contractors that we get prompt results from. These contractors have proven themselves to us so we are confident in referring them. They are all cost competitive.

  • Marketing

    – We employ a variety of advertising methods to provide exposure for your property. Your condo can be advertised on 3 websites. Also, Hawaii Vacation Properties llc has partnered with rental booking website for vacation condos exclusively at the Ilikai and Ilikai Marina on Oahu. We also have a referral network with other Brokers in Waikiki.

  • Direct Deposit

    – We offer the owner the ability to receive rental income directly. We can also handle all rental transactions for you with an itemized monthly statement.

  • Record Keeping

    - Regardless which of our management programs you my choose, you can easily access itemized records. Tax, expense and income records are all available.
